Fourth-year dental students, alumni and faculty came together for a special dinner to officially welcome the D.M.D. Class of 2025 into the OHSU alumni community.

Alumni leaders from the OHSU School of Medicine, OHSU School of Dentistry and OHSU School of Nursing teamed up to form a unified OHSU Alumni Leadership Council, strengthening our community through deeper interprofessional collaboration.

OHSU dental alumni spent a memorable evening honoring the 2025 School of Dentistry Alumni Award winners with a reception overlooking the Portland skyline.

The joy was palpable as the OHSU School of Nursing Class of 1965 came together to celebrate their 60-year reunion during OHSU Alumni Weekend.

The OHSU School of Nursing Class of 1975 marked their 50-year reunion with a special luncheon and pinning ceremony with Dean Susan Bakewell-Sachs, Ph.D., RN, FAAN.

300 alumni and guests helped make history at the inaugural OHSU Alumni Weekend. The festivities began with a performance by Moderator Band, featuring members of the M.D. Class of 1985..

The OHSU Alumni Celebration was a highlight of Alumni Weekend, featuring alumni award presentations followed by a reception with a live watercolor artist creating keepsake portraits.

We honored four outstanding nurses with alumni awards at the OHSU Alumni Celebration, including Deborah Carter, B.S. ’77, RN, pictured here with Susan Bakewell-Sachs, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, dean of the OHSU School of Nursing.

Clifford Coleman, M.D., R ’04, M.P.H., received the 2025 Walter C. Reynolds Community Service Award at the OHSU Alumni Celebration. After the ceremony, he posed with fellow alum Susan Tolle, M.D. ’77, and members of the Reynolds family.

First-year dental students kicked off the school year at the Dean Jack Clinton Conference on Professionalism, a cherished OHSU School of Dentistry tradition held each year at Cannon Beach.

Leaders from the OHSU Central Oregon Alumni Chapter gathered for their annual retreat, celebrating two years since the chapter launched in 2023.

OHSU’s second regional alumni chapter officially launched in Boise, Idaho, marking a meaningful step forward for the OHSU community and an exciting new point of connection for local alumni.
