Doernbecher kids are heroes, and the journeys they’ve lived are nothing less than extraordinary. On October 17, join us on this very special night where we celebrate the courage and creativity of six amazing kids — and all who support them, from their health care teams to you.

About Freestyle

As part of a remarkable partnership between OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and Nike, young patients design limited-edition Doernbecher Freestyle footwear with all profits benefiting the hospital.

Each design tells a story. 122 so far. Through them, we come to understand Doernbecher kids and, year after year, these young designers teach us the meaning of grace and courage. By supporting them, together we have done something extraordinary. With over $40 million raised, countless kids can now rest easier, in the best of hands, embracing hope and keeping their sights on the future.

All proceeds benefit the Area of Greatest Need at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, providing hospital leaders the flexibility to allocate resources when and where they are needed most.
