Standing up against structural racism

The OHSU Alumni Relations Program stands with OHSU President Danny Jacobs in opposing the recent senseless and tragic deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor, and of so many before them. Our program is committed to responding to the new and evolving needs of our alumni while securing a safe, inclusive and equitable community that accurately reflects and is strengthened by the full participation of its membership. Read Dr. Jacobs’ statement.

Get Involved

How can you become involved? Participate in your class reunion, attend or organize an alumni event in your area, and donate your time, talent and treasure to help us advance the School of Nursing and the role of our profession in meeting the healthcare needs of the 21st century. Contact any of the Council members to share your ideas, feedback and ways you’d like to help, or email the Alumni Relations program at

Many of our students appreciate the opportunity to speak with a mentor both during and after their studies. Mentors help alumni with decisions around specialty choice, resume and application review and career trajectory and advancement. If you would like to participate as a mentor, begin the conversation by letting us know of your interest. We will connect with you when we receive your email.
