School of Medicine Alumni Work Groups

Awards Work Group
This group leads efforts to recognize outstanding achievement by OHSU School of Medicine alumni. This group is most active between December and February each year. The Awards Work Group:
- Guides nomination processes and materials
- Publicizes awards and seeks nominations
- Reviews nominations and recommends recipients
Career Discernment Work Group
This group mobilizes fellow alumni of the OHSU School of Medicine to support students in making informed career decisions. The Career Discernment Work Group:
- Plans career panels for OHSU Ph.D. candidates
- Provides input on alumni programming for OHSU M.D. students
- Recognizes student milestones
Online Programming Work Group
This group leads programming for the popular Timely Topics webinar series. Members identify compelling topics and speakers to bring to the School of Medicine alumni community.
